DHAKA, Bangladesh (AP) – Mushfiqur Rahim and Mahmudullah took a cautious approach as they added 62 in the Monday morning session to raise Bangladesh to 365-5 during lunch on the day of two of the second tests against Zimbabwe.
The pair rejected the early trouble produced by Kyle Jarvis to extend their untreated stall to 66 after re-starting Bangladesh at 303-5.
Mushfiqur was not out at 135 at the break and Mahmudullah's skipper battled 35 runs.
Zimbabwe had resisted when Tendai Chatara left the field with a quadriceps muscle strain that could keep it out of the rest of the game.
Mushfiqur received 112 lucky admission when he was dropped by Regis Chakabva.
