A recent post by Binance CEO, Changpeng "CZ" Zhao, has not questioned why more web-based businesses have not started receiving cryptocurrencies.
Within the tweet CZ expands that crypto is fast, cheaper and easier for integration than traditional payment methods:
For any internet business (non-physical), I do not understand why no-one would receive a crypto for payments. It's easier, faster and cheaper to integrate than traditional payment pills. Less paperwork. And it's getting more diverse demographics and geography.

There are currently around 11 large online retailers receiving Bitcoin, including Microsoft that started with the exception of digital gold for Xbox purchases back in 2014. Similarly, Overstock – a company that sells anything from electronics to health and beauty items – receives several cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Dash, and Monero
It seems that this is not quite enough for CZ that is very marvelous why other retailers have not followed their suit.
However, one Twitter user offered a solution: Amazon!
The user encouraged the Binance CEO "Dan the BULL" to speak with Jeff Bezos, adding that, if Bezos would jump on the bandwagon, other retailers would follow.
Instead of agreeing, CZ, instead of receiving an Amazon crypto itself, created cryptocurrency, soon:
Amazon will have to publish money later or later.

This is a trend that seems to evolve. Facebook's attempt to create their own crypto is currently underway, with the main social media company looking to implement digital currency through WhatsApp.
Although there are no signs of Twitter based cryptocurrency emerging at any time soon, the CEO of the platforms, Jack Dorsey, approved the opinion that Bitcoin will soon be the native internet cryptocurrency:
