Scientically confirmed: Facebook and Instagram stimulate depression



Spending a lot of time on social networks is increasing the feeling of loneliness a cause depression, according to new research published in the Journal of Social and Clinical Psychology. 143 students took part in the experiment that was based on the work Facebook, Instagram a Snapchat. Well, the study finds that loneliness and depression depend directly of the time we spend on social networks. In addition, all members showed an experimental group Fewer low depression symptoms than members and the management group.
