A group of collectors set fire to people in the borough of Avenida Fuerzas Armadas, the municipality of Libertador de Caracas, this Sunday.
In images and videos broadcast on Twitter you can see how the paramilitary group is shooting long-armed citizens.
Neighbors from the area had come out to protest this Sunday to reject the power failure and the lack of drinking water service. They stopped the streets to stop vehicles passing.
A source confirmed that two people were injured by ammunition in the protest on the Armed Forces Parade. The ammunition is thought to have been fired by the collective groups who came to the area to scare the citizens.
The man and the injured woman were taken to Vargas Hospital to receive the necessary medical attention.

A few days ago @NicolasMaduro towards a call to a partner to "keep La Paz". This Sunday we see these armed civilians acting against citizens who are protesting peacefully about water and electricity defects. https://t.co/Ib2HvZYZ0s
