Manuel Guevara, electrical engineer and member of the electrical panel of the Scheme, offered temporary president Paiss, Juan Guaidó, an analysis of the recent blackouts and the collapse of the energy service in Venezuela.

Guevara said that the National Electric Corporation (Corpoelec) does not have the resources to resolve the worsening crisis in this sector.

"The party that manages Corpoelec has no technical, financial and managerial capabilities to solve this problem," explained Guevara.

On the other hand, the expert said that, with the Country Plan, they intended to "restore the present" and emphasize the maintenance of the equipment.
