Just as it seemed to be Florida Gators are being led for quarter quarter quarterly season, coach head Dan MullenOptions seem to be limited now. Redshirt sophomore QB Kyle Trask suffered unexpected injury during a practice on Wednesday, back 247 Sports& Thomas Goldkamp, who said that Trask had injured "quite quite a body" and he was pulled off the field.

Hours after the report, the quarterback father, Michael Trask, posted on Facebook that his son was breaking his foot at normal speed.

"Gator Nation, I'm sorry to say that Kyle had been injured today in practice when playing a trick where he went out to the RB and then went on for a bitch. When Kyle was low and when he pushed his foot to catch the path, he felt pop, "wrote Michael, eventually Orlando Sentinel& Edgar Thompson.

"Unfortunately, he broke his foot and will be out for the season. It's just a freak injury. The good news is that it will be a small surgery and will be 100% for spring ball in 2019. Thank you for all the good wishes and support In Kyle, we really appreciate you! Continue to pray for Kyle's restoration. "

Kyle Trask, who took over for alumni Feleipe Franks during the second half Florida flowering loss to Missouri last week when he came home, he was listed behind Franks on the depth chart released by the Gators this week but he expected to see extensive steps on Florida on Saturday against De Carolina. Mullen noted this week that he could play two – or even three quarters in the game.

Trask 10 of 18 completed for 126 yards and exciting against Mizzou, although Mullen says he and Franks had graded one in each other when reviewing a game movie. The most extensive action step was Trask seen with Florida as he completed the 4-of-4 route for 36 yards previously, with rush touching a reserve in two games earlier this season. Trask sat as a fresh man and lost the entire 2017 campaign while recovering from foot injury. It is not known if this cut is to the same one.

With Trask alone against Gamecocks and for the rest of the season, it will be interesting to see what Mullen is doing with quarter searches.

Freshman Emory Jones He has already played in games this season and so he can only see in two other competitions but he still retains his redshirt and a year of qualification. With the Gators not playing for a national title, the SEC title or six Six Year bowl games, it would not make a lot of sense to burn red red Jones. He hoped that Mullen would keep Jones out of the next two games so he could see seasonal stages in Florida State and in the bowl game, but this development could put a wire into his plans.

Franks could see all the steps with Florida simply living or dying with him under the center, Mullen could use one of the remaining games for Jones to be implemented immediately, or Mullen could be creative with the crime, possibly employing sophomore Kadarius Toney with more direct enclosures in the back field as an attachment to Franks.

As far as Trask is concerned, this is the best scenario for a situation that could be bad. It does not appear to be in danger of the 2019 campaign, although it will compete for the initial job with Franks and Jones, supporters – and likely trainers – hoping to develop over the spring and & # 39 ; first summer & team. Mullen already has a quarterback to commit for 2019 and it is likely that another will need to be added, meaning that Trask could wind down well down the depth chart if it does not bounce it; recover from this accident quickly.

The Gators have not released an official diagnosis, and the team has not told Transk status.
