There were parents who thought their baby was happy because he had sneaked her; for up to 17 hours a day surprised to find out that he really had a rare brain tumor.
Gemma and Ed Young pointed out that their son Jack is beginning to make embarrassment sounds two weeks after he was born.
When the baby persisted in making the sounds they were seeking medical advice in the long run.
That's when doctors found that the laughter feeds were triggered by hypothalamic hamartoma, a type of brain tumor that causes epileptic seizures.
With the diagnosis in place, doctors had to wait until Jack turned two to make the small operation to get rid of the tumor.
