Leonid Pasechnik leads the elections for the head of the self-published Republic of People Luhansk with 70.42% of the vote, RIA Novosti reported to the CEC of the LC.
Earlier, the CEC's LNC stated that the preliminary election of the headteacher's elections and the deputies of the LNR parliament was 77%.

According to CEC of the LPR, 15.35% of voters voted for the candidate for the post of head of the LPR, Oleg Koval, for Lyudmila Rusnak – 5.48%, for Natalia Sergun – 7.71%.
"1.04% of the votes were declared invalid," the CEC of the LC explains.
Elections of the LC's head and deputies were held on Sunday. Four candidates, including the Beekeeper, claim the post of the head of the republic. It is considered that the candidate receiving the highest number of votes is elected.
In the parliamentary elections in the LNR, two public movements are taking part – led by Pasechnik "Mir to the Luhansk Region" and "Lugansk Economic Union". 50 deputies will be elected. There are no polls in the elections. Kiev said he did not recognize the election. At the same time, as the press secretary pressed President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov, the elections in the DPR and the LPR do not go against the Minsk agreements.
