Winter time is a cold time. There are two to four times a year, adults have cold children, even up to ten times a year. The cold is one of the most common diseases in Switzerland. Reena explains why we are still cold and what we can do about it.
A cold case is a small virus that goes to the body through the respiratory tract. They multiply in the nose, neck and bronze of the lungs. Who is tired, triggers his viruses several meters through the sky and has infected like this as other people. Even if we shake the hands of our peers, it can be cold spread.
However, we are not on cold compassion. Our immune system, endogenous protection system, is a barrier to viruses as long as there is not too much at the same time. If we do, we get sick and get the typical symptoms: scary, wrinkle and sore throat. If we also have severe steals, high fever, physical pain and cough, it may be flu. This can take up to 14 days and sometimes even dangerous.
When you catch cold, it helps to rest, so that the immune system can protect the virus well. Drinking plenty of tea or water helps the immune system. Lozenges also release cough and neckache
