A prosecutor received a letter to attach to the district court in Aberystwyth Uppsala. After the police looked after the letter to open, it seems that it includes a live cockroach and a piece of white charcoal, probably as food for the flies to keep & Live.
The incident has classified as subtle threat and a police report can be made, according to an incident report to prosecute.
The prosecutor concerned has no idea why the letter was sent.
