The Japanese Hayabusa2 spacecraft has landed on the Ryugus asteroid, about 28 million miles from Earth, announces Japan Jaxa space agency.

Hayabusa2 was launched – about the size of a normal size fridge – in 2014 and Ryugu arrived this summer. Next year, the journey starts back to the ground.
