This smartphone is not bad. For 350 euros, however, we would expect more music

If we are going to characterize Sony smartphones lately, two words will suffice – extended displays. Their smartphones are slim and still standby.

This was also the case with the Sony Xperia 10 II, which we tested, which currently represents the middle class for around 350 euros. How did this phone test us?

Design and display

The smartphone was extremely compact. He held his hands well and had very sharp edges. The slenderness of the phone and the weight of only 151 grams new “tapped” the device’s perfect ergonomics.

Hidden near the side of the device is a fingerprint reader, which was able to quickly unlock the smartphone, but not always hold it for the first time. Sometimes we would unlock for a third time, or we were forced to enter a PIN.

An OLED display has a resolution of 1080 x 2520 pixels (457 ppi). It was bright enough, but from time to time he could not adjust to the light conditions immediately, and it took him a moment to light up.

Although the display has a diagonal of up to six inches, it is extended, so the phone still looks slim. Its aspect ratio is 21: 9, and it also aims to make it easier for you to watch, for example, videos that have that aspect ratio. This is a cinema format.

However, one thing needs to be highlighted here. Many videos, for example, are shot on YouTube only in a 16: 9 aspect ratio. In that case, you have to either fill in the entire image by zooming in. But then you’re cut off from the top.
