SINGAPORE – Three people had to be taken to hospital after an accident between two cars and a taxi on Friday morning (May 3).
Police said they had been told about the accident at Hougang Avenue 7 towards Tampines Road at 10.11am.
The taxi driver and two passengers from one of the cars, aged between 30 and 58, were aware when they were taken to Sengkang General Hospital.
Singapore Defense Police said two people had been taken to Sengkang General Hospital while the other had gone to Tan Tock Seng Hospital.
The Straits Times understand that their injuries were not life threatening.
In a picture posted to Facebook, a black car can be seen lying on its left hand side across the road.
The railings on the central part of the road appear to have been damaged, with sections of broken railings lying on the road.
A number of people walking past the road can be seen observing the scene of the accident.
The police are investigating the incident.
