The mentioned article has been changed so that only other shops and retail outlets remain, meaning that they can work until 9pm, ie they will not work between 9 pm and 5 am, as it is written exactly in the decree.

At the same time, pharmacies, gas stations in performing fuel sales and catering activities and other food supply facilities can do so without hindrance.
