Experts have long warned that children are mainly unhealthy foods. One fifth of children are overweight by seven, one third to the end of the primary school, and the big problem is too much protein.
Thus, a study by scientists from the University College in London and the University of Oxford has shown. Even 99.9 per cent of young children use three times more protein than they need. The scientists behind this are parents who give too many milk products for children, and the British National Health Organization advises that the youngest should not eat more than 600 ml of milk a day .
The results of the study also showed that two thirds of children brought more calories than recommended. And this in perspective presents a risk of high blood pressure, heart disease and type 2 diabetes.
