Dragan Markovic, who said that Zdravkovic was moving at a speed of eight to 10 kilometers per hour, confirmed by an expert on the case, while the train was traveling at a speed of 66 kilometers per hour at the time of the strike.

The crash had bad fingers that morning, as Zdravkovic had not seen a train, and it is clear that the engineer had noticed a late bus where the twenty-one people had also injured them. .

– In minute no. 10, it can be seen that the driver at the height of the stop sign and "Andrejin Cross" (a sign of the danger at the level crossing) does not stop, nor was it looking down the left railway and the right, which can be checked through the takogograph. If I stopped and looked, I would see a train because the visibility was great and could be seen on a few hundred
meters, and there is no vegetation around the railway – said Markovic.

The Rakic ​​machine operator said he did not have an assistant at that address from which he was driving from 2015 onwards.

– I had obstacles to see the bus. From the pillars that are located on the locomotive itself, I was prevented from seeing the train promptly as it could not be seen at that angle. When I saw him at the station in Donji Međurovo, I gave the sounds and the brake, but I couldn't stop the train. I don't remember how many meters a bus was from a locomotive when I saw it. After braking and hitting, I called the police, but they were told of the accident – Rakic ​​said.

However, Markovic stated that the expertise on site and in conjunction with the Railway Company showed other findings.

– From the station, when it was said that the train had started a hut, it has about 150 meters. My collection is based on the insight into the data that the train is moving at a speed of 68, after starting the braking 67, and currently has the effect 66 kilometers per hour. Based on the data, only braking started at 27 meters from the train

He highlighted that there should normally be five measures at the crossroads to prevent a collision, and that only the "Stop" and "Andrej Cross" sign were precautionary.

– We were usually moving, but when approaching the crossing, the driver looked abnormally on the equipment panel. He slowed down, but he didn't see if something was going from the opposite direction. I was lying for 20 minutes because I and others thought my spine was broken – Stanojevic wrote.
