Instagram said Monday that he deleted the viewer, favorite and fake comments produced by customized apps to make the accounts seem more popular than they actually are.
"Recently, we have seen accounts using third party apps to grow their audience artificially," Instagram said in a blog post.
"Starting today, we will start deleting a favorite, mock viewer, and unauthorized comments from accounts that use third party apps to increase their popularity."
Instagram uses self-improvement software to help identify accounts that use such applications and to remove unauthorized products, which breach conditions and terms of service.
Instagram said that he would inform users of the comments, comments or deletions deleted.
Unconnected people with an app need to cut passwords to disconnect social, picture and video sharing links.
