Secretariat warns of symptoms of vaccination and yellow fever

The residents of Mariana who intend to travel during the Carnival should look for a Primary Health Unit (UBS) to take the vaccine against a yellow fever, as there are four positive causes in the coastal region.

The recommendation comes from the Maringá Health Secretariat, which has 33 UBS with the available vaccines. The target audience for the vaccine is people between nine months and 59 years, who have not yet vaccinated. The rest of the population should seek medical advice before going to UBS.

Know the Symptoms

For example, symptoms of the disease can be easily stimulated with other pathologies, such as flu. High fever, headaches, slates, abdomen pain and body and stomach can identify yellow fever. The guidance is to seek medical attention even during the first few days of the symptoms, in order to facilitate treatment.
