Migrante suffers from a foot-break when trying to climb La Bestia; in Oaxaca


On May 17, José Luis Marín, Salvadoran's 46-year-old migrant, tried to take the fighters train from the name La Bestia, in the borough of Chahuites, Oaxaca.

There were about six in the afternoon, when the railway took its course to Ciudad Ixtepec, Oaxaca.

A number of emigrants ran out and hung on the bars to The Beast.

However, José Luis slipped at the time of jumping and his feet were right between the wheels of the goods train, which was already underway.

Moments after the crash, another migrant went to help her, but when she saw that the wheels had broken off the two feet, she chose not to move and ask for help.

According to a report by the Beta Group, the Salvadoran migrant was transferred to San Pedro Tapanatepec, to be treated in the community hospital.

However, there have only been emergency medicines and it needs to be sent to a higher level hospital.

This is the second migrant who has been cut by the Beast in less than a month, as Central American migrants have resumed this method of transport to reach the northern border of Mexico.
