KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 12 – Finance Minister Lim Guan Eng is not sold exclusively to the humanity of Malaysia, Jho Low, who is not in China.
Lim said that the Chinese ambassador to Malaysia said that the fake cashier did not enter the Republic using his Malaysia passport.
"I have spoken to a Chinese ambassador to Malaysia, and he has assured me, according to their records, that he was not going to China based on a Malaysia passport," he told the BFM radio station on his Grill Breakfast program today.
Lim added that China has also been cooperating with Malaysia to search for the Taek Jho Isel.
However, the minister noted that the man-in-law Penang was a wily man who repeatedly gave the authorities a slip.
"Of course, if he has a different passport with a different name, then there is a different story. But according to their records, Jho Low, Malaysian, is not in China.
"So, of course, of course, that this is the real situation, and if he has slipped somehow in the defense authorities, it will also help us to identify and locate," said Lim.
He added that the government is still looking for Low, before asking for the country in which it lives to be extradited.
