For games enthusiasts, Taiwanese company AOC has launched a new Agon series exhibition, the result of a collaboration with Porsche Design.
The Taiwanese company explained that the new Agon PD27 screen comes with a 27 inch resolution and a resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels, while the image refresh rate is 240 Hz with a response time of 0.5 milliseconds.
The new gaming screen is distinguished by its elegant design, developed by Porsche Design, which catches the eye with a metal stand inspired by a racing car cage, with the ability to adjust the height and orientation of the screen.
The screen features RGB lights on the back and a projector on the underside that displays the Porsche or Agon logo, as well as reflecting different colors on the board to match the screen content.
The screen covers the Adobe RGB color gamut of 89%, and the NTSC color gamut of at least 85%. The screen’s curvature rate is 1000R, while the backlight’s maximum brightness is 550 nits, which is enough to get approval from the VESA DisplayHDR 400 standard, and the screen also supports Agon PD27 AMD FreeSync Premium Pro technology for smooth gaming viewing .
The new screen provides DisplayPort 1.4, a USB 3.2 hub that includes four ports, 5-watt stereo speakers and an infrared remote control where you can customize different settings.
A new Agon PD27 gaming screen is available at a price of 799 euros, according to “Al Ain News”.
