My point of view is from Bishara Asmar and what he did, but his arrest in jail is against the law and is directly insulting to Christian religious references. The man came to an end professionally and his arrest would not serve anyone but reinforce the concept of discretion and transcendence. The Acting General Prosecutor General Imad Qablan, head of the General Trade Union Bishara Al-Asmar referred to the Public Prosecution Office in Beirut for legal reasons.
The appellate public prosecution claimed that Asmar was guilty of defamation, defamation and defamation of religious rituals and referred to the first investigating judge in Beirut, Ghassan Awaidat, for the legal action against him.
