Claudio Ranieri is back in the Premier League after being appointed Fulham's new manager, instead of Slavisa Jokanovic.
Here, the Sports Press Association looks at the challenges facing a former Chelsea and Leicester manager as she gets into her new job at Craven Cottage.
Get some points on the board – and quickly

He may note obviously, but Jokanovic paid the price for failing to convert promising performances in cool, hard, with only one win and two of the first games of 12 Premier League. With Southampton first out in Craven Cottage following the international break, the avoidance of a seventh consecutive league game would be a good way for Ranieri to start.
Set on number one

Sergio Rico Spaniard himself had himself among the posts for the last games of Jokanovic reign, with one number; left the benches. After calling again for the England squad, the 26-year-old will hope that a change in control can be remembered – and if Ranieri is to move the team forward, keeping clean sheets will be key.
Get a Mitrovic fire again
Following impression during the opening weeks of the new campaign, six major Premier League Aleksandar Mitrovic games came at the end of September. However, the Serbian, who removed from Newcastle permanently in the summer, is still a handful for defenders and ensuring the correct supply line will be essential.
Live up to your good reputation
"Making a change without having the right answer or succession plan was not an option, so having someone of the standard Claudio was willing to accept our challenge comfortably but, above all, essential." – Shahid Khan pic.twitter.com/N9VQQtEMS4

Shahid Khan, chairman of Fulham, said "Ranieri" was a "risk-free" and "ready" replacement after a "multi-year" agreement was made to the "amazing football man". After some time after Leicester was dismissed, Raniri was responsible for the Nantes French club in June 2017, but left at the end of the season. The 67-year-old may have a wealth of Premier League experience, but, if it does not have an impact, some difficult questions will be asked.
