Bekasi (ANTARA News) – LRT station side-side development is the solution to the congestion problem faced daily by commuter workers, according to Jatempaka-Gateaway Park Project Director LRT City Ibn Mahmud Junaidi.
"Using the concept of Eastern Transformational Development (TOD), the LRT City is developing residential and commercial areas in areas that have been integrated and directly connected to. mass transport system, so the time wasted previously could be used on the road again to create a relationship in the family, "said Ibnu in Bekasi on Saturday.
He added, "With a strategic location, the area next to the LRT station will be the main option for sub-urban, productive, or young and professional professionals."
He explained, LRT City was developed through the application of the 5 TOD principles, Walkable, Connect, Shift & Transit, Densify, and Mixed Use.
"Residential areas developed by the LRT City are areas that provide easy access to residents when using public transport facilities, maximizing land constraints by integrating various building functions, such as residential and commercial," said Ibnu.
Developed by PT Adhi Commuter Properti and Urban Jakarta Propertindo, LRT City was developed alongside the New Jatibening LTT station on a land area of 5.2 Ha.
"The plan is to develop 5 flat apartments, with a total of 3,744 units." The residence will also have a commercial area, cycle tracks, swimming pools, jogging tracks, parking, feeding buses and shopping centers, "explained Ibnu.
At the moment, it continued, the initial price was opened at Rp390 million. "Currently, the price reaches IDR 540 million," he added.
As well as using LRT, Ibnu continued, residents of the LRT Port Park can also take advantage of the active access to the Kalimalang and Tol Becakayu highways.
