The 50-year-old strike at the Royal Enfield manufacturing factory located in Oragadam near here has been called off. Among the sources in the information, it was confirmed that the impressive workers, counting to more than 650, will resume their first shift effectively on Tuesday.

Speaking to AB, he said: "Based on the Collector's instructions, the managers have agreed to give a bonus according to norms. The managers have also agreed to give us a locker, such as which was requested for a long time, to keep our mobile phones in person.
To a specific question, he said, "With the exception of 50 extra trainees, most of the striking workers can resume their duty and the trainee issue will be carved later after discussions."
It can be noted that the workers have had a strike for more than 50 days since the end of September, requesting a pay review, bonus, employee retrieval / employee removal and recognition of the formation of employee unions.
He did not receive the company and the workers had to go for a strike.
