Kinshasa (dpa) – In the Congo, since the Ebola case about two months ago, 201 people have died as a result of the disease. So far, the Ebola virus has been confirmed in 291 cases, says the Congolese Ministry of Health. More than 28,000 people have been vaccinated against the disease. Latest cases focus on the city of Beni and its surroundings in the troubled North Kivu province. There are a number of soldiers and rebellion groups active, making it difficult for assistants to visit patients quickly, insulate and contact their relatives.
