Crime: Lennon diaries are offered – payments against people aged 59

A 59-year-old boy must answer the court for personal items of the Beatles musician's legacy (1940-1980) to the auctioneer of Berlin for auction. Advance payment: 785,150 euros.

More than twelve years after the launch of the journalist Beatles guitarist John Lennon in Berlin, 59 years have been suggested for stealing. I am also accused of community fraud, as the prosecutor announced on Monday through Twitter.

So, in October 2014, other diaries and personal belongings of the Lennons and Berlin auction house for advance payment in the amount of 785,150 euros for auction have passed.

The goods stolen were stolen in summer 2006 from the home of Yoko Ono Lennon's widow in New York. In September this year, the diaries, letters, postcards, exercise book, drawings, illustrations, tape with recordings of a concert by the Beatles and two star showers (1940-1980) were returned to the widow's lawyer.

According to the police, it is alleged that these items are stolen by the former driver of Yoko Onos of their New York apartment. In summer 2017, they were secured by the bankruptcy trustee of the auction house.
