Up to 50 liters of rain fall in parts of Germany with night. In Lower Saxony, a hospital clearance is due to the storm, in the Allgäu calls a flood warning in the city.
Deep "Axel" caused heavy rain in several federal countries on Monday and evening on Tuesday.
