The season passes the bill
MEXICO (Notimex) .- The excitement of holiday parties and the desire for everyone to go to perfection can make this season very stressful, especially for women.
Cardiomyopathy (heart disease and heart disease) caused by stress is anxious condition that occurs more often in women during the holiday season.
Between the advent of preparations the symptoms of light heart attack can be ignored, which is attributed to emotional tension and feeling to be the best guests.
The risk is greater if a recent traumatic event, such as the death of a family member, accident or financial problems is added to decembrine stress.
Karla Kurrelmeyer, a cardiologist at the Houston Methodist Heart and Vascular Center, recalls that most people who suffer from heart attacks feel chest pain and lack of breath, among other signs.
But the symptoms of heart attack can be so light that they can even be mistaken for a lack of distress or discomfort in the chest or the back, it explains.
Dr Kurrelmeyer stressed the importance of treating these symptoms as soon as possible to prevent heart damage, especially in women aged 50 to 70, the more affected by this situation.
It recommends special attention to the exposure of extreme weakness, anxiety, reducing the use of carbohydrates, irregular heartbeat, lack of violence, or food-consuming problems.
