'Metformin Sandoz'; There are 1,000 mg in biganide with anti-hyperglycemic effects, lowering basic blood glucose levels and post-fraternal blood glucose. It does not stimulate insulin secretion, so we do not produce hypoglycemia.
The usual first dose is 500 mg or 850 mg of metformin hydrochloride 2 or 3 times a day with each other, or after meals. After 10 or 15 days, the dose should be adjusted depending on blood glucose levels. A gradual increase in dose can improve gastrointestinal tolerance. The recommended daily maximum dose of metformin hydrochloride is 3 g per day to split 2 or 3 doses.
