The South American Football Confederation (CONMEBOL) confirmed that the second final of the Copa Libertadores is played outside Argentina between December 8 and 9.
In a statement, the governing body decided, based on the acts of violence that occurred in Buenos Aires a identifying articles 4 and 35 of the competition regulations, those payments will be made for travel, accommodation, food and internal transfer costs of up to 40 people per delegation.
The location and list of the game will be defined as soon as possible and subject to the Disciplinary Tribunal's award.
