The above image was taken by the WISPR (Open Game Replacement for Solar Probe) tool on November 8, and shows what is called coronal streaming. These streams contain solar material in the crown and tend to occur over regions of increasing solar activity. This stream appeared to the east end of the sun and contains at least two obvious gels. You can also see Junior in the background – the bright spot to the center.
"Helophysics have been waiting for over 60 years for a mission like this," said Nicola Fox, director of the Heliofics Division at NASA Headquarters, in a statement. "The solar mystery we want to solve is staying in the crown."
Probe Solar Parker will work to address three main questions: how sunscreen is much hot than the visual area of the sun, how solar solar has it? spraying the sun as fast as it is and how are some sun particles accelerate away from the sun more than half the light speed?
"Parker Solar Probe gives us the necessary measurements to understand solar phenomena that have proved difficult for decades," said projector Nour Raouafi, Parcer Solar Probe at the University of Applied Physics Laboratory Johns Hopkins . "To close the link, local solar solar and solar solar sampling is necessary and Parker Solar Probe does that exactly."
