Officials in Oregon Multnomah County report fifth possible breach of measles.

The Oregonian report that four people who have already been diagnosed with measles are exposed to the extremely infectious virus from sustained cases in the Clark Clark County in the state.

Multnomah health officials announced the fifth possible Sunday case. They said that the connection between the case and the causes of the County Clark has not been identified.

Officials say that people have been exposed to the virus at Portland International Airport and at the Randall Children's Hospital.

In Washington, health officials say 66 people have been affected by viral illness.

Most cases have included children under 10 who were not immunized. There have been two cases of measles in spite of immunization.
