The National Lottery has confirmed that the winner of the € 2,775,644 is the jackpot winner and the winning ticket is sold in Limerick County.

It is expected that further details of the place and time of the purchase ticket will be disclosed on Thursday morning once the retailer has been informed of the success.
A spokeswoman for the National Lottery revealed that the winning ticket holder is the ninth million Lotto since changes have been introduced to the games on September 1st.
For the record, the victory numbers took Tuesday at 1, 5, 19, 24, 27 and 42. The bonus number was 44.
There were no winners in the Lotto Plus 1 and were drawing Lotto Plus 2.
