A 14-year-old girl is being pulled into bushes and sexual assault in East Vancouver

The Vancouver police say that a teenage girl is sexually assaulted by a stranger last Tuesday after she was taken into a woodland area in East Vancouver.

The police say that the 14-year-old girl has gone by bus on Kingsway about 5 p.m. and he walked to the north on Miller Street when an unknown man called her from behind him and pulled it into Brewers Park off Victoria Drive.

The police say that the suspect is sexually assaulted by the girl, before running to the east by the park.

The man is described as:

  • White.
  • In her late 20's.
  • Medium construction.
  • Short brown hair and strip on his face.
  • Brown eyes.
  • Wear a jacket, blue jeans and black shoes.

Detectives are searching for witnesses and dashcam images of the area between 2:30 p.m. at 6 p.m. on November 27.
