4 cars sick to get sick in 2019 – Jornal do Carro


Amongst the 20 largest selling cars in Brazil, the Fiat Toro collection process is the worst model that made the worst in the first two months of 2019. But it's not just on the This list.

During the first two months of 2019, 7,394 copies of Fiat Toro were sold and 6,139 copies of Toyota Hilux were sold.

Goal a Corolla

Both collided five sites at the sales site. Volkswagen was the fourth place in 2018 to the ninth in the first two months of this year. Toyota came down from 11 to 16th.

In the case of the Gol, among the concise collections, the only one that grew up was the Fiat Argo. However, its most direct competition with another Volkswagen, the Polo.

Corolla may suffer from three factors. One of them is Jetta's development. The other is the advent of the new generation, later this year. This usually leads to the potential for customers to wait. In addition, Toyota may already slow down the current model production process.

And more and more the segment of ordinary sedans loses space for the SUVs.



Hyundai's compact SUV was one of the 2018 surprises. It grew strongly at the end of the year and managed to win the best position in its part.

This year, however, Crete came to the fourth place among compact SUVs. Behind the Renegade leader, Sub-HR-V and Kicks.

Renegade growth, which started late last year, may be directly related to this decline. Crete is very successful with the public PCD. Jeep, in turn, has been growing very well among this audience – about 40% since it was re-established in the second half of 2018.
