The barrier to the domestic software industry – Tell us

Bangladesh – A small country in the map of the world. They all love to dream and dream. The use of a very large item of technology in the country – whether it's a small mobile device. Although today's literacy is not just technology – digital satellite usage in digital Bangladesh has started. Software technology is an essential part of the use of any technology in everyday life, which is only a large industry.

Although software industry is not too old in Bangladesh, it has been growing through many obstacles in the last 20 years. If you can overcome the obstacles, software or overseas industry clothing will have large revenue stream as human resources. The main purpose of my writing is to identify the barriers in the local software industry – to take action to solve the problems.

1. Barriers to software companies
Not really invested: There is not enough investment in software products than platforms in our country. The main reason for this is:
> We do not have enough market information.
> Lack of skilled and high quality business professionals.
> For various reasons, the absence of software companies from large group companies
> Most startup engineers start, which are ineffective in managing investments.
> Lack of bank funding.
> Software Integration.

Lack of skilled and quality staff: Selection carriers and the creation of IT engineers become incorrect. The majority of students from computers and engineering want to become software engineers. Lack of information on how to prepare for many types of engineering jobs, read this topic. As a result, students say they do not get jobs. On the other hand, software companies can not find suitable employees for them.

Despite having adequate IT companies, very little in the absence of the Institute due to lack of professional training for software companies. Besides, due to lack of sufficient high-quality in the software industry, new professionals are afraid to choose this as a career.

Developing unplanned IT software or companies: Unscheduled software companies are constantly launched, where a software company will not start without specific plans in developed countries. These unplanned software companies try to sell all kinds of products and services – which leads to market-controlled competition, valuable goods and customer trusts at the end of the day. If we can not get out of this excitement, the software market will be harmed further.

Software is a business that can not be done with a short-term scheme. Of course, long-term planning is important. In the absence of what we can see – a company is moving rapidly from one type of service to another service, which means the first service business plan was not long term. To be a business dealer requires patience and solid morale. Today, 40-45 years of watch in the industry; When reading their history, their skills, strength of mind and patience are seen today.

Software can not be a service to the business: Most software companies in the country offer software to many customers for the first few years. But after one or more years, customers will not be able to provide service support. Most of the company's software and infrastructure installations are not ready to offer customer support later, the software disappears at the end of the day. As a result, customers lose trust on software companies. Software companies blame the customer on the other. Above all, due to barriers to the software market, there are many main reasons why services are not focused. When developing product and marketing, it should be considered for the minimum service of 20 years.

Techno-commercial partnerships are not made by software companies: Most of our country's old software companies include people in business background. Techno-commercial partnerships should be made in the technology companies of new companies but software companies. In order to develop product, marketing, legal, risk and agreements,

Market Matching and Analysis Products No: Local software companies are beginning to make and distribute products without a local and international computerized analysis. After that, market competition can not survive. One should keep in mind – big business companies like Microsoft, Google, Oracle, and the ultimate computer software business. So a software market should not come into business without a natural and computational analysis.

Not enough certification: Due to the lack of quality, certainty and certification processes of local software companies, the loyalty of the client is lost and that the client's trust in general has become a matter of day.

2. Barriers to client
Enough information about buying software: With the exception of some domestic client companies, others can not show the skills to buy IT software and services. The lack of awareness and skill they buy is not lasting. The checklist is quite different for the purchase of software, Intellectual Property and IT services, and without knowing that, there is a lot of arguments with software vendors in many cases – at one stage that interferes with the relationship , so that the client is in danger of data.

Very Standard Business Processes: Small or medium-sized companies work in non-standard business processes, but when they come to the software, they have to face many complications when accessing the standard format. Because of this, many clients do not buy standard software and custom software created by any team or company. In most cases, updates and maintenance of these custom software are very difficult and costly.

The lack of IT information in the client company: Companies find that their professionals are very scared to software. They think their IT department will be able to weaken their jobs (many of which take advantage of this). But it is not a mistake to understand IT only – because of a software system, it will not change the situation or responsibility of anyone, but it will be very helpful in fulfilling the duties.

3. Bapt Education and Software Industry
Computers or engineering such as MBBS do not get the guidelines that will work in expertise with a degree. Educational Institutions should help to create a skill for their amazing jobs.

Many market training is run by the government privately Most of the software does not play any role in the industry. The main reason for this is – A curriculum that is created without knowing the requirements of software companies. Some other barriers are created due to lack of practical education only.

4. Barriers to trade
> Any trading trades that work in the IT industry of Bangladesh, do not work mainly with software. When working on expo events, however, market development, awareness-raising and policy levels are very low and slower.
> The software and software companies are not distributed at government and private level. As a result, the government or the large company are at risk of buying an e-government system from the call center service company.
> Most Trading Bodies are thinking about working on the internet, e-commerce and software gap.

5. Government Barriers
> The government is trying to stop domestic companies. But the distribution is very weak, and there is no way but to decide on the basis of recommendations from many trade organizations.

> Local companies have little publicity when buying from government and government software is not clear at the high level. As a result, the software that should be purchased from a local location also comes from other countries. We also found that we do not have a diplomatic or good trade relationship with the country; I've also been bought from those countries. Because of these things, active things happen in foreign countries, which we are not headed – because of lack of experience or neglect. In the near future, our first-class data security is likely to be impossible because of these reasons.
> The rules and regulations that need to be considered for the purchase, updating, renewal and security of data are not true. As a result, many government systems are becoming inefficient gradually. Data & state data becomes difficult to protect if these points are not systematically made.

6. Barriers to professionals
Foreign thinking: In Bangladesh, good professional means higher education abroad and permanent residence later. The big reason for the country's infrastructure or security, I did not believe. If the country comes slightly unlivaled, then the country goes on. However, the government should also think about this – how to do matched domestic jobs after higher education.

Not to be related to a career: In terms of learning and skills, there are fewer software industries in regards to a carrier. Many people do not know when it comes to the job interview, what are the interviews for Job. Apart from, work independently, start up, do work, and do not create a good position in any of the above.

Less technology: Knowledge of technology that comes from any subject, our professionals are not yet aware.

Finally, software business is one of the hardest businesses. But for those whose plans, investments, architecture, they become much easier for them on stage. All barriers to rescue and developing the software industry need all sorts of help.
