The Felaban Assembly brings together 1,600 bankers


THANK YOU.- Central Bank Governor, Héctor Valdez Albizu, will analyze the Dominican economy and oversee the financial system in accordance with Territorial Funding and Financing Law, during the 52st Annual Assembly of the Federation of Latin American Banks ( Felaban), which will collect more than 1,600 bankers.

The event, held under the co-ordination of the Dominican Republic's Commercial Banks Association (ABA) and Felaban, from 11 November to 14 at the Hard Rock Hotel International Convention Center, Punta Cana.

The assembly brings together representatives from more than 40 countries, mostly from Latin America, the United States, Europe and the Asian continent.

The exponents will discuss issues in the economic and financial field so that participating entities strengthen their business relationships at an international level.

In closing the new president of the Felaban will be announced.

They will present representatives from the Brazilian Bank Federation (Febraban), the World Bank and the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC), among others.
