SpaceX launched a Falco 9 rocket from Cape Canaveral on Thursday.

He launched the Nusantara Satu rocket, satellite communication for Indonesia, along with commercial light lines and small satellites.

The rocket carried Israel's spacecraft, Beresheet, to an orbit, stating the first time to Israel and a private-funded spacecraft on the moon.

Beresheet, a Hebrew for "genesis," is about kitchen board size and weighs about 350 pounds with fuel.

SpaceIL said it was not unprofitable for Israel that he had been working on the kitchen grid since 2011. It will take about two months to the spacecraft reach the moon.

The Kennedy Space Center Visitors Complex hosted a watch party for the launch with commentary from experts and access to some of the complex exhibitions and visitor attractions.

The rocket was switched off at 8:45 p.m.
